As well as creating traditional hand built ceramics I have been exploring the use of 3D printing to create unique ceramic vessels.

These are digitally designed on the computer using 3D modelling software.

They are then printed layer by layer using a clay 3D printer.

Then bisque fired in the kiln to 1000C, hand decorated and glazed then fired in the kiln for a second time to 1220C
